KRS - 18003 FULL AUTOMATIC BLOCK MACHINE: is designed with a ground mortar central system according to the automatic operating system. It is designed for continuous operation on a 24 hour basis. We offer manufacturing in different automation models and capacities. With its special motor, it has a high production speed and capacity. By simply changing the mold, it is capable of producing various types of blokcs, including standard blocks, foam concrete blocks, curb stones, hollow chimney blocks, and ready-mixed concrete, with a height range from 5 cm to 25 cm. Technical specifications, capacity, and installation diagrams are provided below. The machine has the capacity to produce 25.920 Pieces (20*40*20 cm) of Blocks per day (8 hours of operation).

KRS - 18003 FULL AUTOMATIC BLOCK MACHINE: Our facility is produced as a "turn key" complete plant. It does not require any additional equipment except for curing and product resting rooms. For a plant with these specifications, we recommend a minimum installation area, including resting and storage, of 2.000 m². There is no obligation for a closed area. The concrete floor area should constitute at least 1/3 of the total plant area.
